He was born May 23, 1922, one of the very few people to be born in Greer. His parents were John Cleveland Wiltbank and Afton Mysilva Haws. After graduating from Round Valley High School in 1940, Frank served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was married to Juaneitha Wilson for 53 years; they lived in Tucson during their married life. He retired in 1978 from the Arizona State Transportation Department. He moved to Eagar to live with his daughter Nancy and family after his wife died in 2003. His family was important to him; he was a great dad who liked to help out and could be counted on to follow through. He passed away at the Friendship House after a short illness. Frank is survived by his daughter, Nancy (John) Finlay of Eagar; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; sisters Mary Jo (Raymond) Anderson of Fredonia; Ann (Al) Wildenstien of Pennsylvania; and Ruth (Bob) Knorr of Alaska. He was preceded in death by beloved wife Juaneitha; son George Cleveland Wiltbank; his parents; brothers Jack, Jerry and Paul; and sisters Kathleen and Carla. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 21, at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center, 135 Main St. in Eagar, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow at the Eagar Cemetery. Burnham Mortuary of Eagar handled arrangements.
