Note: Charles Donohoo was supposed to be mustered out and discharged from the hospital at Louisville and sent home to Bardstown, Kentucky in May 1865. Apparently his muster out and discharge did not actually occur at this time, as a second record of his being truly discharged in July 1865 out of Tennessee is part of the compiled record.
